    • EN-48356 Engine Fixture
    • KM-652 Flywheel Locking Device

Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2033791 Size: SH
  1. Install EN-48356 engine fixture .
  2. Remove the automatic transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement.

    3. Object Number: 2049587 Size: SH
  3. Install KM-652 locking device  (1) to block the crankshaft.
  4. Install the transmission bolt with KM-652 locking device .

    5. Object Number: 2049592 Size: SH
  5. Remove the flexible plate bolts (2).
  6. Remove the flexible plate (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2049592 Size: SH
  1. Install the flexible plate (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the flexible plate bolts (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the flexible plate bolts (2) to 35 N·m +30° +15° (25.8 lb ft +30° +15°).

  3. Remove KM-652 locking device to block the crankshaft.
  4. Install the automatic transmission. Refer to Transmission Replacement

    5. Object Number: 2033791 Size: SH
  5. Remove EN-48356 engine fixture
