The low washer fluid warning light on the 2009 Pontiac Vibe will not come on briefly when the engine is started. This is a normal characteristic of this vehicle.
The first printing of the Owner Manual for Canada incorrectly states that "This light comes on briefly when the engine is started." This has been corrected in subsequent printings of the Owner Manual.
The low washer fluid warning light is only designed to come on when the windshield washer fluid is low, not briefly when the engine is first started.
