Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2023595 Size: SH
  1. Remove the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.
  2. Remove the rear seat belt retractor lower anchor bolt (1).
  3. Remove the right rear seat back panel. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement.

    4. Object Number: 2023598 Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat belt cover cap (1).

    5. Object Number: 2023601 Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat belt hole cover (1).
  6. Pull seat belt lower anchor through rear seat back.

    7. Object Number: 2023604 Size: SH
  7. Remove the rear seat center belt retractor bolt (1) and the rear seat center belt retractor (2).

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2023604 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear seat center belt retractor (2) to the seat back. Secure the retractor with the mounting bolt (1).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt retractor mounting bolt to 42 N·m (31 lb ft).

  2. Install seat belt lower anchor through seat back.
  3. Pull seat belt lower anchor through rear seat back.

  4. Install the seat belt hole cover (1).

    5. Object Number: 2023598 Size: SH
  5. Install the seat belt cover cap (1).

    6. Object Number: 2023593 Size: SH
  6. Install the rear seat belt retractor lower anchor bolt (1).

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the rear seat belt retractor lower anchor bolt to 41 N·m (30 lb ft).

  7. Install right rear seat back cover. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Trim Panel Replacement.
  8. Install the rear seat cushion. Refer to Rear Seat Cushion Replacement.
