Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 850555 Size: SH
  1. Remove the liftgate sill trim plate. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement .
  2. Remove the following components from the vehicle:
    3. • The 2 bolts (2)
    • The rear liftgate striker (1)

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 850555 Size: SH
  1. Install the liftgate striker (2) to the vehicle.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Secure the striker with the 2 bolts (2).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the rear compartment lid lock striker bolts to 11.5 N·m (9 lb ft).

  3. Install the liftgate sill trim plate. Refer to Liftgate Door Sill Plate Replacement .
