Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement With Seat Back Board

1. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
2. Remove the front seat back assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
3. Remove the head restraint from the seat back cushion.
4. Remove the seat back trim panel. Refer to Front Seat Back Trim Replacement .



5. Remove the 2 bolts (2) and the seat back lock assembly (1) from each side of the seat back.



6. Remove the seat back cover bracket nut (1).



7. Disengage the seat back cover hook.



8. Cut and remove the hog rings.



9. Disengage the head restraint guides claws (1) and remove from the seat back.
10. Remove the seat back cushion cover and pad from the frame.



11. Remove the 4 hog rings and separate seat back cushion pad from the cover.

1. Install the seat back cushion pad to the cover.
2. Use hog ring pliers to install new hog rings. Ensure that the seat back cushion cover is secure.
3. Install the seat back cushion cover and pad to the frame.



4. Install the head restraint guides engaging claws (1) to the seat back.



5. Install the hog rings.



6. Engage the seat back cover hook.



7. Install the seat back cover bracket nut (1).



8. Install the seat back lock assembly (1) from to side of the seat back. Secure with the 2 bolts.
9. Install the seat back trim panel. Refer to Front Seat Back Trim Replacement .
10. Install the head restraint to the seat back cushion.
11. Install the front seat back assembly. Refer to Front Seat Back Replacement .
12. Install the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .

Driver or Passenger Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement Without Seat Back Board

1. Remove the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
2. Remove the head restraint from the seat back cushion.



3. Remove the 4 hog rings.



4. Remove the 3 hog rings.



5. Remove the seat back cover bracket nut (1).



6. Disengage the head restraint guides claws and remove from the seat back.



7. Remove the 4 hog rings and separate seat back cushion pad from the cover.
8. Remove the seat back cushion cover and pad from the frame.

1. Install the seat back cushion pad to the cover.
2. Use hog ring pliers, install new hog rings. Ensure that the seat back cushion cover is secure.
3. Install the seat back cushion cover and pad to the frame.



4. Install the head restraint guides engaging claws to the seat back.



5. Install the seat back cover bracket nut (1).



6. Install the hog rings.



7. Install the hog rings.
8. Install the head restraint to the seat back cushion.
9. Install the front seat assembly. Refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
