Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2017786 Size: SH
  1. Remove the oil pan drain plug (1) from the oil pan.

    2. Object Number: 2018068 Size: SH
  2. Remove the 12 bolts (1) and 2 nuts (2).

    3. Object Number: 2014255 Size: SH

    Note: Be careful not to damage the contact surfaces of the crankcase, chain cover and oil pan.

  3. Insert the blade of oil pan seal cutter between the crankcase, chain cover and oil pan, then cut through the applied sealer and remove the oil pan.
