Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 2017012 Size: SH
  1. Remove the oil filler cap from the cylinder head cover.
  2. If necessary, remove the oil filler cap gasket (1) from the oil filler cap.

    3. Object Number: 2017775 Size: SH
  3. If necessary , using a 22 mm deep socket wrench, remove the ventilation valve (1) from the cylinder head cover.
  4. Remove the retaining bolt from each of the ignition coils and remove the coils.
  5. Remove spark plugs.

    6. Object Number: 2017780 Size: SH
  6. Remove the 8 bolts (1,2,3,4,6,7,8,10) and 2 nuts (25) , and remove the cylinder head cover.

    7. Object Number: 2017781 Size: SH
  7. Remove cylinder head cover gasket from the cylinder head cover.
