Oil Pan Removal Lower

1. Remove the water drain cock plug (1) from the cylinder block.



2. Remove the ventilation valve(1).



3. Remove the 10 bolts (1-6, 8-10, 12) and 2 nuts (7, 11).




Note: Be careful not to damage the contact surfaces of the crankcase, chain cover, and oil pan.

4. Insert the blade of oil pan seal cutter between the crankcase and oil pan. Cut through the sealer and remove the oil pan.

Oil Pan Removal Upper

1. Uniformly loosen and remove the 11 bolts (1-11).



2. Using a screwdriver, remove the stiffening crankcase by prying between the crankcase and cylinder block.
