Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
  2. Raise and properly support the engine. Refer to Engine Support Fixture.

    3. Object Number: 2016921 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolt and 2 nuts (1, 2), and separate the engine mounting insulator RH.

    4. Object Number: 2016941 Size: SH
  4. Remove the 3 bolts (1-3) and radiator reserve tank.

    5. Object Number: 2016944 Size: SH

    Note: Perform this procedure only when replacement of the engine mounting insulator is necessary.

  5. Remove the 3 bolts (1-3) and engine mounting insulator RH.

Installation Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2016944 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine mounting insulator RH with the 3 bolts (1-3).

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 52 N·m (38 lb ft).


    Object Number: 2016941 Size: SH
  2. Install the radiator reserve tank with the 3 bolts (1-3).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 7.0 N·m (62 lb  in).


    Object Number: 2016947 Size: SH
  3. Install the engine mounting insulator RH with the bolt and 2 nuts.

    4. Tighten

        • Tighten the nut 1 to 95 N·m (70 lb ft)
        • Tighten the nut 2 to 52 N·m (38 lb ft)
        • Tighten the bolt 3 to 95 N·m (70 lb ft)
  4. Remove the engine support fixture.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection.
