Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right engine under cover.
  2. Disconnect the crank position sensor connector.

    3. Object Number: 2016635 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolt (1) and crank position sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2016637 Size: SH
  1. Apply a light coat of engine oil to the O-ring (1) on the crank position sensor.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 2016635 Size: SH
  2. Install the crank position sensor with the bolt (1) and tighten to 9.0 N·m (80 lb in).
  3. Connect the crank position sensor connector.
  4. Inspect for an oil leak.
  5. Install the right engine under cover.
