EN-46577 Oxygen Sensor Remover/Installer

1. Remove the windshield wiper motor and link assembly. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement.
2. Remove the outer cowl top panel.
3. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.



4. Disconnect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (1) and clamp (2).



5. Using the EN-46577 remover/installer  (1), remove the air fuel ratio sensor.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




1. Using the EN-46577 remover/installer  (1), install the air fuel ratio sensor and tighten to 44N·m (32 lb ft).



2. Connect the air fuel ratio sensor connector (1) and clamp (2).
3. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.
4. Install the outer cowl top panel.
5. Install the windshield wiper motor and link assembly. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement.
6. Inspect for exhaust gas leaks.
