Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 244231 Size: SH
  1. Drain the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the clamps and the inlet and outlet hoses (2, 3) from the heater core.

    3. Object Number: 235545 Size: SH
  3. Remove the clamps and the inlet and outlet hoses (1, 3) from the engine cylinder head.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 244231 Size: SH
  1. Install the inlet and outlet hoses (2, 3) to the heater core. Secure with the clamps.

    2. Object Number: 235545 Size: SH
  2. Install the inlet and outlet hoses (1, 3) to the engine cylinder head. Secure with the clamps.
  3. Refill the engine cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
