Leak Testing
- Some core leaks can be detected by adding water to the radiator.
- Remove the debris from the fins using a common water hose without a nozzle.
- Excessive water pressure may damage the fins.
- Scrub the core with a soft-bristle brush using clean, hot water or hot water with a mild detergent solution.
Clean the core in order to find the damaged area easily.
