Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel, (I/P) accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the screws from the HVAC control.

    3. Object Number: 591200 Size: SH
  3. Pull the HVAC control away from the I/P.
  4. Remove the bulbs/sockets (1) from the HVAC control.
  5. Remove the bulbs from the sockets.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 591200 Size: SH
  1. Install the bulbs to the sockets (1).
  2. Install the bulbs/sockets (1) to the HVAC control.
  3. Install the HVAC control to the I/P.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the screws to the HVAC control.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  5. Install the I/P accessory trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Accessory Trim Plate Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
