Removal Procedure
- Place the door window to the down position.
- Remove the door trim panel. Refer to
Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement

- Remove enough of the door water deflector in order to access the
door window to regulator nuts. Refer to
Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement
.
- Remove the nuts which
retain the front door window to the window regulator.
- Remove the door window frame applique. Refer to
Door Frame Applique Replacement
.
- Remove the rear side door window (1) from the door.
- Remove the sash rivet (1) from the sash.
- Remove the sash (2) from the window.
Installation Procedure
- Position the sash on the
window.
- Install the sash rivet (1).
- Install the rear side door window (1) in the door.
Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners
must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring
replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant
are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or
corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.
These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage
the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when
installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.
- Install the nuts
which retain the window to the window regulator.
Tighten
Tighten the window sash nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
- Install the door window frame applique. Refer to

- Install the door water deflector. Refer to
Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement

- Install the door trim panel. Refer to
Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement
