1. Turn the ignition switch to the RUN position.
2. Place the rear window lockout switch in the OFF position.
3. Backprobe the master window switch harness connector C1. Use the J 39200 Digital Multimeter (DMM) in order to measure the voltage between terminal D and ground.

Does the voltage equal the specified value?

B+

Go to Step 2

Go to Step 3

1. Disconnect the right rear window switch.
2. Use the J 39200 DMM in order to measure the voltage between terminal F of the right window switch and ground.

Does the voltage equal the specified value?

B+

Go to Step 4

Go to Step 5

Replace the master window switch. Refer to Window Switch Replacement - Console .

Replace the right rear window switch. Refer to Window Switch Replacement - Console .

Repair the open in CKT 1307 between the master window switch and the right rear window switch. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.
