Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement.
3. Remove the knee bolster panel. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.
4. Remove the I/P cup holder. Refer to Instrument Panel Cup Holder Replacement.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)
