Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front trim panel from the left body side . Refer to Body Side Front Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Interior Trim.
  2. Remove the upper trim panel from the rear body side. Refer to Third Pillar Trim Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Remove the upper pillar trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.

  4. Object Number: 443510  Size: SH
  5. Remove the latch screws from the front quarter window.

  6. Object Number: 443508  Size: SH
  7. Remove the stud nuts from the front quarter window hinge.

  8. Object Number: 443500  Size: SH
  9. Remove the front quarter window from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 443500  Size: SH
  1. Install the front quarter window to the vehicle.

  2. Object Number: 443508  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the stud nuts to the front quarter window hinge.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the latch screws to the front quarter window.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 8 N·m (70 lb in).

  7. Install the front trim panel to the left body side. Refer to Body Side Front Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Interior Trim.
  8. Install the upper trim panel to the rear body side. Refer to Third Pillar Trim Replacement in Interior Trim.
  9. Install the upper pillar trim panel. Refer to Center Pillar Upper Trim Panel Replacement in Interior Trim.
