The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
No audio on XM radio band, and both AM and FM have audio.
Recommendation/Instructions:
The XM circuits run through connector C208. Connector C208 may not be fully seated. Remove the left hand kick panel to gain access to connector, and inspect the connector for being fully seated.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
