The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
Power mirrors, locks, power seats, heated seats, windows, interior lights, gages, and/or the left tail lamp inoperative.
Recommendation/Instructions:
A poor ground at G301 can cause the concerns listed above. Remove the bolt that retains G301. G301 is located on the left side of the driver's seat in the rocker panel area. Refer to SI Document ID # 1202980. Clean the threads in the body, making sure that the paint is removed, as well as the threads on the bolt. Install the bolt for G301 and evaluate the concern.
Please follow this diagnosis process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
