Makes šŸ¢’ Pontiac šŸ¢’ 2005 šŸ¢’ Grand Prix šŸ¢’ Engine šŸ¢’ Engine Mechanical - 5.3L šŸ¢’ Valve Lifter Oil Manifold Installation

    Object Number: 1536553 Size: SH
  1. Do not lift the manifold assembly by the electrical lead frame.

    2. Object Number: 1402014 Size: SH

    Important: 

       ā€¢ All gasket surfaces should be free of oil or other foreign material during assembly.
       ā€¢ Do not allow dirt or debris to enter the oil passages of the manifold. Plug as required.

  2. Install the service gasket (556) onto the manifold.

    3. Object Number: 1402004 Size: SH
  3. Install the manifold (451) with gasket.

    4. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  4. Install the manifold bolts (506).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the manifold bolts to 25 NĀ·m (18 lb ft).
