Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 782335 Size: SH
  1. Remove the driver information center (DIC). Refer to Driver Information Center Module Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the illumination lamp:
    3. • Use pliers to rotate the red colored illumination lamp counterclockwise.
    • Remove the illumination lamp.

  3. Remove the door ajar lamp:
    4. • Use a flat-bladed tool to rotate the black colored door ajar lamp counterclockwise.
    • Remove the door ajar lamp.

  4. Remove the Trac Off, Low Trac, Trunk Ajar, Low Washer, or Chg Oil Soon lamp:
    5. • Use pliers to rotate the blue colored lamp counterclockwise.
    • Remove the lamp.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 782323 Size: SH
  1. Install the Trac Off, Low Trac, Trunk Ajar, Low Washer, or Chg Oil Soon lamp:
    2. • Place the blue colored lamp into the opening in the driver information center (DIC).
    • Use pliers to rotate the lamp clockwise.

  2. Install the door ajar lamp:
    3. • Place the black door ajar lamp into the opening in the DIC.
    • Use a flat-bladed tool to rotate the door ajar lamp clockwise.

  3. Install the illumination lamp:
    4. • Place the red colored illumination lamp into the opening in the DIC.
    • Use pliers to rotate the illumination lamp clockwise.
  4. Install the DIC. Refer to Driver Information Center Module Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
