Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 639909 Size: SH
  1. Insert a small, plastic flat-bladed tool into the slot on the rear edge of the sensor bezel and release the bezel retainer from the instrument panel upper trim panel.
  2. Remove the sensor bezel from the upper trim plate.

  3. Remove the daytime running lamp (DRL) ambient light sensor by turning counterclockwise to release the sensor from the sensor bezel.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the DRL ambient light sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 313027 Size: SH
  1. Connect the electrical connector to the DRL ambient light sensor.
  2. Install the DRL ambient light sensor to the sensor bezel, then rotate the sensor clockwise to secure.

  3. Position the forward edge of the sensor bezel to the instrument panel upper trim panel.
  4. Press the rear edge of the sensor bezel down until the rear retainers are seated correctly.
