  1. Remove the key from the ignition key lock cylinder.
  2. Close all the vehicle doors.
  3. Press LOCK and then press UNLOCK on the driver's door lock switch while observing the door locks.
  4. Press LOCK and then press UNLOCK on the passenger door lock switch while observing the door locks.

Do all the doors lock and unlock when using either door lock switch?

  1. Ensure that the body control module (BCM) is in the remote unlock control unlock mode 2. Refer to Remote Unlock Control Customization .
  2. Press the UNLOCK button once on the keyless entry transmitter while observing the door locks.
  3. Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter again within 5 seconds while observing the door locks.

In the remote unlock control mode 2, the driver's door unlocks when pressing UNLOCK once on the keyless entry transmitter. Pressing UNLOCK again within 5 seconds will unlock all the doors.

Do all of the doors unlock?

  1. Ensure that the BCM is in the remote unlock control unlock mode 1. Refer to Remote Unlock Control Customization .
  2. Press the UNLOCK button on the keyless entry transmitter while observing the door locks.

In the remote unlock control mode 1, all doors unlock when pressing the UNLOCK button once on the keyless entry transmitter.

Do all of the doors unlock?

Replace the BCM. Refer to Body Control Module Replacement in Body Control System.
