Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement .

    2. Object Number: 639780 Size: SH
  2. Release the electrical connector retainer tabs from the lighter element.

    3. Object Number: 639777 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the lighter element.

    4. Object Number: 639776 Size: SH
  4. Remove the lighter element retainer by unscrewing the retainer.
  5. Remove the lighter element.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 639776 Size: SH
  1. Install the lighter element.
  2. Install the lighter element retainer.

    3. Object Number: 639777 Size: SH
  3. Connect the electrical connector to the lighter element.
  4. Install the ashtray. Refer to Ashtray Replacement .
