Inspect the POWER DROP fuse in the Fuse Block for an open.

  1. Use a DMM to test the auxiliary power outlet feed circuit for a short to ground. Refer to Circuit Testing and Wiring Repairs .
  2. Replace the POWER DROP fuse.

Did you find and correct a short to ground in the circuit?

Use a test lamp to test the auxiliary power outlet ground circuit for a loose connection or an open. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections and Connector Repairs .
