1. Turn the headlamp switch to the PARK position.
2. Turn the instrument panel lamp dimmer switch to the OFF position.
3. Using a test light, backprobe between the instrument panel lamp dimmer switch harness connector terminal G to ground.

Does the test light illuminate?
