1. Turn the headlamp switch to the HEAD position.
2. Turn the headlamp dimmer switch to the LOW position.
3. Turn the fog lamp switch to the ON position.
4. Using a test light backprobe the fog lamp switch harness connector terminal E and terminal A.

Does the test light illuminate?

Repair the poor connection or open in circuit 11 between the fog lamp switch harness connector terminal A and S219.
