1. Inspect the auxiliary power user's insertion element, if possible.
2. Disconnect the connector at the auxiliary power outlet.
3. Connect an unpowered test lamp between the fused ouput-battery circuit and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Repair the open in the fused ouput-battery circuit between the IP fuse block and the auxiliary power outlet.

Did you find and correct the condition?

Using a Digital Multimeter, test the ground circuit at the auxiliary outlet for an open.

Is ground present?

Replace the auxiliary power outlet.

Repair the open in the ground circuit between the auxiliary power outlet and ground.

Did you find and correct the condition?
