Did you perform the Lighting Systems Diagnostic System Check?

  1. Disconnect the hazard switch connector.
  2. Connect a test lamp between terminal B of the hazard switch connector and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 3

Connect a test lamp between terminal B and terminal A of the hazard switch connector.

Does the test lamp light?

Go to Step 5

Go to Step 6

Backprobe the left IP junction block connector C1 with a test lamp between terminal C12 and ground.

Does the test lamp light?

--

Go to Step 7

Go to Step 8

Replace the hazard switch.

Is the repair complete?

--

System OK

Repair the open in the Hazard Switch Ground circuit between the hazard switch and ground splice pack G201. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

Repair the open in the Hazard Switch Fuse Output-battery circuit between the hazard switch and the left IP junction block. Refer to Wiring Repairs in Wiring Systems.

Is the repair complete?

System OK

Replace the left IP junction block.
