A power sunroof, featuring a sliding glass panel and a manually operated sunshade, is available. A 2-position rocker-type switch electrically operates this sunroof. The switch is located in the center of the windshield header area.

In order to put the sunroof in the vent position, perform the following procedure:

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the run position.
  2. Press, then release, the control switch rearward position.

In order to fully open the sunroof, perform the following procedure:

  1. Place the sunroof in the vent procedure.
  2. Press, then release, the control switch rearward position.

The glass will slide back above the roof panel. As the glass slides back, the wind deflector extends above the roof line.

In order to close the sunroof, hold the control switch in the forward position until the glass completely closes. The wind deflector retracts, sealing against the roof opening flange.

An express module at the front of the module assembly causes the glass panel to stop in the closed, vent, and fully open positions. An electrical harness is routed along the left portion of the windshield header and down the left windshield pillar.
