Removal Procedure
- Grasp the front center and the rear center of the dome lamp housing and squeeze the housing together until the housing releases form the base plate. Use a flat-bladed screwdriver to assist in the removal if necessary.
- Replace the bulb if necessary.
- Insert a flat-bladed screwdriver in the U-shaped cutout around each integral fastener in the base plate and pry the fastener downward in order to release the plate from the roof.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Remove the base plate.
Installation Procedure
- Position the dome lamp base over the housing and snap the base into place.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Align the retaining tabs on the cover with the holes in the base and snap the cover into place.
