PROVIDING SATISFACTION TO GM OWNERS SOMETIMES MEANS FINDING THEM AS A FIRST STEP. BECAUSE OWNERS CHANGE THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE OR SELL THEIR VEHICLES, ZONES MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN NEW NAME AND ADDRESS INFORMATION IN ORDER TO COMPLETE CAMPAIGNS. THE SECRETARY OF STATE OR MOTOR VEHICLE REGISTRATION DIVISION CAN BE A VALUABLE SOURCE FOR CORRECT OWNERS NAMES AND ADDRESSES.
SOMETIMES ZONE OR DEALER PERSONNEL DISCOVER THAT AN OWNER HAS MOVED TO A PARTICULAR STATE BUT DO NOT HAVE THE OWNER'S NEW ADDRESS. ATTACHED IS A MASTER DIRECTORY FOR ALL VEHICLE REGISTRATION OFFICES IN THE UNITED STATES WHICH CAN BE USED TO LOCATE VEHICLES SO THAT YOU MAY TRANSFER THEM TO THE PROPER ZONE AND CUSTOMER.
EVERY MEANS AVAILABLE MUST BE USED TO IMPROVE OUR CAMPAIGN COMPLETIONS AND THE UTILIZATION OF THIS DIRECTORY SHOULD CONTRIBUTE TO OUR OVERALL SUCCESS.
General Motors bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, not a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform those technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, do not assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition. See a General Motors dealer servicing your brand of General Motors vehicle for information on whether your vehicle may benefit from the information.
