Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1332663 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  2. Remove the lower screw (5) from the front fascia (1).
  3. Remove the upper screw (3) from the front fascia (1).

    4. Object Number: 1219458 Size: SH
  4. Remove the outer screws (1) from the liner (2).

    5. Object Number: 1219462 Size: SH
  5. Remove the inner screw (2) from the fender liner (1).

    6. Object Number: 1219458 Size: SH
  6. Remove the retainers (3) from the fender liner (2).
  7. Remove the fender liner (2) from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1219458 Size: SH
  1. Install the front fender liner (2) to the vehicle.
  2. Install the retainers (3) to the fender liner (2).

    3. Object Number: 1219462 Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the inner fender liner screw (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the inner fender liner screw to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the screws (1) to the front fender liner (2).

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the fender liner screws to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  5. Install the upper screw (3) to the front fascia (1).

    6. Tighten
    Tighten the upper fascia screw to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  6. Install the lower screw (5) to the front fascia (1).

    7. Tighten
    Tighten the lower fascia screw to 3 N·m (27 lb in).

  7. Install the front wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
