Service Bulletin 04-03-09-003 was released on April 1, 2004 and it advised an incorrect torque specification for the torque of bolt 92038482. The proper torque should be to 125 N·m plus additional turn of 30 to 40 degrees turn after torque is reached. A NEW BOLT MUST BE USED WHEN THIS BOLT IS REMOVED.
The torques of brace bolts should be 65 N·m.
The bulletin is being corrected and the information in SI will be updated to match these specifications.
