Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1378533 Size: SH
  1. Remove the floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  2. Remove the center console end panel. Refer to Center Console End Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Remove the screw from the rear duct (4).
  4. Remove the rear duct from the console.
  5. Remove the left console trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  6. Remove the screw from the front duct (5).
  7. Remove the front duct from the HVAC module.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1378533 Size: SH
  1. Install the front duct (5) to the HVAC module.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Secure the front duct with the screw.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Install the left console trim panel. Refer to Front Floor Console Side Trim Panel Replacement - Left Side in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  4. Install the rear duct (4) to the console. Secure with the screw.

    5. Tighten
    Tighten the screw to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  5. Install the center console end panel. Refer to Center Console End Panel Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  6. Install the floor console. Refer to Front Floor Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
