Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 651862 Size: SH
  1. Loosen the accessory drive belt idler pulley bolt.
  2. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
  3. Remove the accessory drive belt idler pulley.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 651862 Size: SH
  1. Install the accessory drive belt idler pulley bolt until snug.

    2. Important: Ensure that the idler pulley and dust shield are fully seated against the shoulder on the bracket before tightening the bolt.

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
  3. Tighten the accessory drive belt idler pulley bolt.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the accessory drive belt idler pulley bolt to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).
