Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2041041 Size: SH
  2. Remove the upper right air outlet duct to I/P upper trim pad retaining screws (2).
  3. Remove the upper right air outlet duct (1) from the I/P upper trim pad (3).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2041041 Size: SH
  1. Install the upper right air outlet duct (1) to the I/P upper trim pad (3).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the upper right air outlet duct to I/P upper trim pad retaining screws (2) and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
  3. Install the I/P upper trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Replacement.
