Removal Procedure

    Warning: Refer to Safety Glasses Warning in the Preface section.

  1. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2041042 Size: SH
  2. Remove the left side floor air outlet duct to instrument panel (I/P) retainer retaining screw (3).
  3. Remove left side floor air outlet duct (2) from the HVAC module assembly (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2041042 Size: SH
  1. Install the left side floor air outlet duct (2) to the HVAC module assembly (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the left side floor air outlet duct to I/P retainer retaining screw (3) and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
  3. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement.
