- Cycle the sunroof window from the full open to the full closed position.
Note: Correct adjustment cannot be achieved if the sunroof window is closed from the vent position.
- Remove the top side of the sunroof panel side opening closeout panel covers (1) from the 3 clips located on the inner edge of the sunroof window (2) in order to access the window adjustment screws.
- Cycle the sunroof to the closed position.
- Loosen the adjusting screws (1) on each side of the sunroof window.
- Centre the window front to rear in the opening.
Note: Do not fully tighten the sunroof retaining screws at this stage.
- Adjust the front of the sunroof window (2) from flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) (1) below the top surface of the roof panel (3).
Do not fully tighten at this stage.
Note: Do not fully tighten the sunroof retaining screws at this stage.
- Adjust the rear of the sunroof window (2) from flush to 1 mm (0.04 in) above the top surface of the roof panel (1).
Do not fully tighten at this stage.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
- Tighten the sunroof glass to the sunroof frame retaining screws (1) and tighten to
3 N·m (27 lb in).
- Install the sunroof panel side opening closeout covers (2).
- Cycle the sunroof window through all of the positions.
- Verify the sunroof window fore/aft adjustment.
- Verify the front and rear height adjustment.
- Readjust the sunroof window, if necessary.
