Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the glove box assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2043923 Size: SH
  2. Remove the floor air outlet duct to instrument panel (I/P) carrier retaining screw (2).
  3. Remove the right side floor air outlet duct (3) from the HVAC module assembly (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2041043 Size: SH
  1. Install the right side floor air outlet duct (3) to the HVAC module assembly (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the right side floor air outlet duct to I/P carrier retaining screw (1) and tighten to 2 N·m (18 lb in).
  3. Install the glove box assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement.
