Preliminary Procedures

1. Place the folding top in the service position. Refer to Folding Top Retainer Strap Installation Position.
2. Remove the rear section of the headliner. Refer to Roof Retractable Rear Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.

Folding Top Front Location Pin and Receiver Bolt (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tip
Mark the location of the part with a grease pencil before removing.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Ensure that the shim stays in place when removing the pin guide.
