Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the through bolt.
2. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
3. Remove the left front tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
4. Support the transaxle with a suitable stand.

Tighten
50 N·m (37 lb ft)
