Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the tail lamps and side marker lamps. Refer to Tail Lamp Replacement.
2. Remove the license lamp. Refer to Rear License Lamp Replacement.
3. Remove the rear wheel liners. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement.

Rear Bumper Fascia - Upper Retainer (Qty: 4)

Rear Bumper Fascia Tail Lamp Pocket Screw (Qty: 4)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Rear Bumper Fascia (Inside wheel well) Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Rear Bumper Fascia Retainer (Qty: 4)

Tip
Pull the sides of the rear fascia at the quarter panel to release the fascia from the brackets.

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Rear Bumper Fascia - Upper Retainer (Qty: 6)

Tighten
2 N·m (18 lb in)

Rear Bumper Fascia Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tip
Access the bolt from inside the wheel well.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Procedure

1. Pull the sides of the rear fascia at the quarter panel to release the fascia from the brackets.
2. Disconnect the license lamp connector.
