Removal Procedure
- Disengage the 2 plastic snaps which secure the luggage
compartment carpet to the floor at the rear of the luggage compartment.
- Remove 4 plastic retaining clips along the forward edge
of the luggage compartment floor.
- Lift the carpet over the rear seat back in order to gain access
to the rear seat back outboard hinges.
- Place the rear seat back in the folded position.
- Remove the 2 screws (1)
which secure the outboard hinge to the rear seat back .
- Remove the following components from the vehicle:
Installation Procedure
- Install the outboard hinge
to the vehicle. Secure the hinge with 1 screw.
- Install the outboard hinge to the rear seat back. Secure the hinge
with 2 screws (1).
- Place the seat back in the upright position.
- Position the luggage compartment carpet into place with the following:
| • | 4 plastic retaining clips along the forward edge of the
luggage compartment floor. |
| • | 2 plastic snaps at the rear of the luggage compartment. |
