Removal Procedure

J 34611-A Valve Core Remover and Installer


    Object Number: 297244 Size: SH
  1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  2. Remove the valve core using J 34611-A .

Installation Procedure

Tools Required

J 34611-A Valve Core Remover and Installer


    Object Number: 297244 Size: SH
  1. Install the valve core using J 34611-A .

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the service core to 11 N·m (97 lb in).

  2. Recharge the air conditioning (A/C) system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
  3. Test the fitting for leaks. Refer to Leak Testing .
