Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 500350 Size: SH
  1. Remove the serpentine drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
  2. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1).
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 500350 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley (2).
  2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the drive belt idler pulley bolt (1) to 50 N·m (37 lb ft).

  3. Install the serpentine drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
