Dash Integration Module (DIM)

Description

Daytime Running Lamps

After selecting module, select Special Functions and then select Output Controls

The DIM actuates the daytime running lamps for 5 seconds. The daytime running lamps should illuminate for 5 seconds.

Horn Relay

After selecting module, select Special Functions and then select Output Controls

The DIM actuates the horn relay for 5 seconds. The horn should sound for 5 seconds.

Park Lamp Relay

After selecting module, select Special Functions and then select Output Controls

The DIM actuates the Park Lamp Relay for 5 seconds. The park lamps should illuminate for 5 seconds.

Description

Driver Lock

After selecting module, select Special Functions, Output Controls and then select Door Lock test

The DDM momentarily pulses the door lock actuator when LOCK or UNLOCK is selected. The door should LOCK or UNLOCK when the corresponding selection is made.

Passenger Lock

After selecting module, select Special Functions, Output Controls and then select Door Lock test

The DDM momentarily pulses the door lock actuator when LOCK or UNLOCK is selected. The door should LOCK or UNLOCK when the corresponding selection is made.

Left Rear Lock

After selecting module, select Special Functions, Output Controls and then select Door Lock test

The DDM momentarily pulses the door lock actuator when LOCK or UNLOCK is selected. The door should LOCK or UNLOCK when the corresponding selection is made.

Right Rear Lock

After selecting module, select Special Functions, Output Controls and then select Door Lock test

The DDM momentarily pulses the door lock actuator when LOCK or UNLOCK is selected. The door should LOCK or UNLOCK when the corresponding selection is made.

Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC)

Description

Operating Conditions: Ignition ON, Engine OFF

Display(s) Test

After selecting module, select Special Functions and then select Output Controls

The IPC can be activated when you select ON or OFF. When selecting ON the back lighting will illuminate, the gauges will sweep one time and the indicators will illuminate for 5 seconds. When selecting OFF the IPC will turn OFF all functions.
