The attached illustration is being provided to supersede that which is shown in the 1989 6000 Service Manual illustrating vehicle "Lifting and Jacking Points".
When utilizing a frame contact hoist, hoist pads must be maintained in a horizontal position as shown in revised illustration. Care must also be taken to insure that hoist pad is NOT positioned in such a manner that contact with nylon fuel lines can occur at the left front lifting location.
