HARSH 3-2 DOWNSHIFT AT HOT OUTSIDE TEMP-NEW SRTA MODEL

Models Affected: 1989-1990 3.1L GRAND PRIX AND STE MODELS (TURBOS ONLY) W/4T60 (440-T4)

BULLETIN COVERS:

New SRTA model to correct a harsh 3-2 downshift in hot outside temperatures for the 3.1L (VIN V) turbo Grand Prix. The replacement of the existing transaxle with the SRTA model listed under "SERVICE PARTS INFORMATION" is the only way to correct the harsh 3-2 downshift concern.

Reference Figure 1 for correct vacuum line connections.
